PERFORMANCE ENSEMBLE SESSIONS ARE $450 PER 15-week session with multiple discounts available

Rhapsody’s Rock Band & Ensemble programs feature an enhanced 15-week rehearsal calendar, offered twice a year in dedicated Fall and Spring sessions. With more time to rehearse, collaborate, and grow together, students can take a much deeper dive into their musical development as a band. This extended format also helps reduce the impact of family schedule conflicts, giving students the space to thrive without falling behind.


Whether you choose a rock band, our concert band, or a jazz ensemble, we will continue to help you create the group of your dreams and learn, based on your experience, the intricacies of performing with other like-minded musicians. Remember, performance ensembles and bands are open to any age from young kids to adults!


As always, your session will end with a gig night, as you perform for your friends, family and the world live on stage in the Anthem area!

ROCK BANDS

Rhapsody's Rock Bands will prepare your band to take the stage! Rock out with your own band, designed to your level and age group.  Members receive 15 hours of rehearsal time, and if the band is ready, their final performance will be live at a venue in the Anthem area. Rhapsody also offers Advanced Rock Bands where you will have additional performance opportunities during your session with expanded set lists. No matter your age or skillset, we have a rock band waiting for you!

  COST PER ROCK BAND SESSION:

Rock Band: $450 (Days and times vary)


COURSE LENGTH:

15 weeks / one-hour rehearsal a week for all other courses

Concert: Saturday November 8th - Location TBA

NEW!

Rhapsody Choir

Join the NEW Rhapsody Choir! This vocal group offers a full ensemble choir experience where students explore multiple styles and genres of vocal literature. Singers will build skills in part singing, ear training, ensemble practice, and vocal production. These are beneficial skills for ALL musicians! The choir will rehearse once a week for 14 weeks and conclude with a performance at a local venue near Anthem or from the Rhapsody Studio.


The Rhapsody Choir is intended for ages 8-12. Other ages may be accepted by permission only.

Rhapsody Concert Band

Join Rhapsody's Concert Band open to all ages and all levels. This band combines brass, woodwinds, and percussion into one large group where you'll learn classical standards and popular instrumental works. This ensemble will rehearse for 90 minutes once a week for 15 weeks and will end with a performance at a local venue near Anthem or from the Rhapsody Studio.

Classical String Ensembles

Whether you play violin, viola, cello or string bass, this is the ensemble you have been waiting for. This ensemble will learn and practice classical literature and film themes while also learning to perform with an ensemble. This session ends with a live concert performance either at a venue in the Anthem area or from the Rhapsody studio.

This band combines our former brass and woodwind ensembles into one large group where you'll learn classical standards and popular instrumental works. This ensemble will rehearse for 90 minutes once a week for 15 weeks and will end with a performance at a local venue near Anthem or from the Rhapsody Studio.

Classical String Ensembles

RHAPSODY BIG BAND

Open to all instruments types and vocals, the Rhapsody Big Band will have you learning and performing the fundamentals of jazz in no time! From improvisation techniques to jazz chords and scales, you'll be the cat's meow by the end of your first session while opening up a whole new world of musical possibilities as you learn both small combo and big band concepts. Your session ends with a live performance in the Anthem area.


2-3 years of playing experience is required to enter into our jazz ensemble.
